At Modest Muse we believe health is wealth. Join us for a fun filled day of live group workouts with some of DFW's hottest trainers, panel discussions and live Q and A. We've got something for every fitness level from dance workouts, to pilates to strength training. Proceeds will support our annual back to school drive in August.
